Cosmopet is a tech-driven brand revolutionizing the pet food industry.

We produce dog and cat food based on entomoprotein (BSF) and are shaping a new culture of pet care through modern products, services, and a strong community around the brand.

The pet-food brand Cosmopet is looking for a middle influence manager to lead its ambassador program – someone who can not only read numbers but also build trusting relationships with the brand's ambassadors.

We are seeking a communicative, empathetic, yet systematic individual – capable of transforming one-off collaborations into long-term partnerships.

✨ What we expect:

— Full-cycle ambassador program management — from selection and negotiation to support throughout the collaboration period

— Building and developing the brand ambassador community, maintaining trusting contact with key influencers

— Working with performance metrics: ROMI, CPO, DRR, attribution. Understanding attribution limitations is a must: promo codes vs. UTM, working with adjustment estimates of blogger contribution

— Proficiency in paid integrations (performance) tracking: ROMI management, optimization of loss-making segments, budget reallocation in favor of profitable ones

— Developing conditions and formats for long-term cooperation, tailored to specific bloggers and platforms

— Quality control of communication, fulfillment of agreements, and timely publications

— Resolving disputes with bloggers, maintaining the brand's reputation

— Collaborative work with analytics for each partner — understanding the contribution of a specific ambassador to the results

— Forming and maintaining a partner database, systematizing collaboration history

✨ What's important:

— 2+ years of experience in influence marketing, experience in managing ambassador programs

— Developed communication skills — ability to build long-term relationships and conduct negotiations

— Ability to interpret analytics and make data-driven decisions, while maintaining a human approach to partnerships

— Experience in the pet industry or a strong desire to understand it

— Having your own blogger database is a big plus

— Schedule 10:00–19:00 (hybrid/remote)
