✅ What you'll be doing:

• Managing the classic influencer marketing pipeline: communication with agencies and bloggers, conducting negotiations, and signing contracts;
• Developing an international UGC / creator program, launching special projects with celebrities, and managing budgets of hundreds of thousands of dollars;
• Producing viral content for TikTok, Shorts, Reels with a focus on content production, setting technical specifications, and controlling quality;
• Analyzing integration effectiveness (engagement, reach, conversion) and synchronizing content with product goals.

✅ Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience in Influence / Creator Marketing (priority: in-house in GameDev / Apps or strong agencies);
• Fluent English (Advanced / B2+) for international communications;
• Hands-on content production skills, utmost independence, and the ability to work at a very intensive pace.
