Responsibilities: • Build an effective international search and recruitment system; • Organize continuous recruitment of specialists in different countries; • Fill senior and niche technical positions; • Conduct direct candidate sourcing and develop international attraction channels.

Who to recruit: • technical experts, engineers, and inspectors; • heads of technical departments; • regional directors and development directors; • heads of sales departments and sales managers; • certification, testing, and inspection specialists; • other highly qualified specialists.

Our ideal candidate: ✅ has proven experience in international recruitment; ✅ possesses Executive Search and Headhunting tools; ✅ knows how to find Russian-speaking and foreign specialists; ✅ actively uses LinkedIn, Telegram, professional communities, and specialized platforms; ✅ is ready to work at a high pace and simultaneously manage several complex vacancies.
