We are looking for a Senior Clerk for Processing Court Documentation
Responsibilities
- Processing and registering incoming court documentation in the information system (IS) – handling incoming court correspondence related to the Company's litigation and pre-trial (claim) activities, registering it in the IS;
- Processing and registering in the IS documentation received through the Financial organization's Personal Account on the Financial Ombudsman's website – handling incoming correspondence regarding consumer appeals to the Financial Ombudsman, registering it in the Company's IS;
- Payment of state duties and other court costs – registering applications for state duty payment in 1C, interacting with the Accounting Department on matters related to payment of the processed applications;
- Processing court inquiries – registering court inquiries in the Company's IS, gathering necessary documents, and preparing a response to the court's inquiry.
Requirements
- Higher education (preferably legal or economic);
- Work experience in document flow and interaction with courts will be an advantage;
- Ability to use neural networks in daily work;
- Experience working with court proceedings and documentation;
- Skills in working with information systems (e.g., 1C).
- Proficient written language skills and ability to compose business letters;
- Attention to detail and responsibility.
