Description
We are looking for a specialist for the Corporate Insurance Claims Settlement Department of the Corporate Insurance Directorate (maternity leave cover).
Responsibilities
- review of documents and claims decision-making
- handling calls from policyholders (Beneficiaries), informing claimants about claim status
- interaction with independent expert organizations/surveyors during claim consideration
- verification of independent expert assessments
- decision-making on complex and non-standard cases
- preparation of reports on workload and work results.
Requirements

work experience in claims settlement from 1 year

knowledge of practical aspects of insurance

experience interacting with independent expert organizations/surveyors during claim consideration
