We invite a Data Analyst to join a close-knit team of Data & AI enthusiasts.
You will have the opportunity to lead projects from idea (pilot) to launch. Your decisions will directly impact the product.
Responsibilities
- Creating reliable data collection processes: designing and implementing ELT/ETL processes, collecting, cleaning, and structuring data from various sources — the company's internal and external systems;
- Domain analysis: deep immersion in the medical and insurance spheres, identifying features and dependencies in medical and insurance data, expert work on data quality and preparing it for machine learning;
- Supporting ML model development: preparing high-quality datasets, participating in creating and optimizing models, performing calculations for their economic evaluation;
- Documenting quality standards: maintaining technical documentation in Confluence, describing data processing procedures and solution architectures, ensuring the accuracy and consistency of all materials.
Requirements
- Data analyst experience from 3 years;
- Confident knowledge of Python (pandas, numpy libraries), understanding of ELT/ETL system construction principles;
- Experience with SQL, ability to efficiently process large volumes of data;
- Basic knowledge of data visualization tools (any BI);
- Understanding the basics of Machine Learning and Large Language Models (LLM);
- Experience working with AI tools;
- Knowledge of medical or insurance business terms and specifics will be a plus.
- Instrumental proficiency in AI for analysis, generation, and automation.
