Description
We are looking for an experienced professional for the position of Manager for Partner Relationship Development and Sales of Insurance Products in the online channel. This role involves active interaction with online intermediaries/marketplaces, developing cooperation, and achieving high results in the field of online sales.
Responsibilities
- Conducting negotiations with agency organizations and intermediaries;
- Preparing and coordinating various types of contracts with partners (agency, marketing, licensing, user offer agreements — DOU, agreements on transfer of intellectual property rights — DTA, and others);
- Organizing the procurement processes for necessary goods and services;
- Approving incentive systems for partners;
- Developing and conducting special events to stimulate sales, including promotions, contests, and loyalty programs;
- Training and upskilling employees of the partner network;
- Advising clients and partners on product-related questions and the application process for participation in tenders;
- Monitoring the fulfillment of established sales plans (tracking key sales performance indicators: gross written premium GPW, product penetration rate PR, customer retention ratio LR).
Requirements
- Knowledge of the specifics of insurance product sales channels (main sales channel – Online partners);
- Ability to use neural networks in daily work;
- Proficiency in insurance product promotion and sales technologies;
- Understanding of the retail product line of insurance products in digital and competitors' pricing conditions;
- Knowledge of basic principles of underwriting, project management, claims settlement, customer service, product promotion, and IT system architecture design;
- Knowledge of laws and regulatory acts governing insurance activities;
- Skill in resolving non-standard situations and ability to quickly adapt to market changes;
- High level of communication skills and stress tolerance;
- Analytical mindset and attention to detail.
