Description
We are looking for a specialist in regulatory reporting reconciliation for accountable types of insurance to join the after-sales service team.
Responsibilities
- Coordination of interaction with the Central Bank and JSC NSIS (AIS Insurance) on issues of regulatory reporting reconciliation for accountable types of insurance;
- Extracting registries from the Company's information systems and external systems, checking and processing registries / extracts for the absence of errors in accordance with established rules;
- Participation in the process of correcting identified errors, distributing tasks among those responsible for correction;
- Monitoring of execution and deadlines, providing feedback to the regulator on completed reconciliations;
- Organization and control of data reconciliation processes between the Insurance Company's departments and the regulator's external systems, interaction with the Company's IT services and the insurance accounting organization service;
- Building and maintaining a system for correcting identified discrepancies in insurance accounting;
- Processing of registries received by the Directorate for processing within the framework of the Company's existing business processes;
- Preparation of a methodological base for the reconciliations performed.
Requirements
- Higher education, preferably in economics (insurance is a priority);
- At least 1 year of work experience in an insurance organization;
- Experience working with reporting;
- Knowledge of insurance products / Laws and regulatory legal documents regulating insurance activities;
- Proficiency in 1C USK, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Outlook, knowledge and experience working with JSON, XML;
- Ability to work with large amounts of information in a multitasking mode;
- Skills in organizing work groups and managing internal projects – as an advantage;
- Skills in applying AI in professional activities (for example, GigaChat, Kandinsky);
- Experience working with AI tools.
