Regulatory Reporting Analyst in Fintech

What tasks await you

Requirements gathering You will be engaged in gathering business requirements from the reporting department, taking into account the regulatory acts of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation. You will need to analyze the sufficiency of information in the bank's systems: determine in which systems the necessary data is located and how they are interconnected, and formulate tasks for system modifications if necessary. You will also prepare functional requirements: in which tables and fields the information necessary for reporting is located, and by what algorithms it should be transformed into a form suitable for reporting.

Implementation of modifications You will assign tasks to the reporting developer, tasks for modifying source systems, and consult developers during task implementation.

Demonstrating the result to the customer You will need to perform internal testing of implemented tasks, interact with the customer on acceptance of the result — an automated reporting form.

We expect that you

• Have worked with regulatory documentation, including 590-P, 611-P, 6406-U, 199-I, regulatory reporting, provisioning, IFRS. Experience with tax reporting will be a plus
• Have worked with large data arrays, analyzed metrics, and can find anomalies
• Understand the basics of banking processes, products, and principles of building a data warehouse
• Have worked as an analyst on projects implementing systems for automating Central Bank reporting construction
• Understand how to organize inter-form control and data quality checks for collecting reporting forms

Will be a plus

• Have worked with SQL or PostgreSQL at the query level
