RESOURCE EXTRACTION BEYOND EARTH

EMCO is launching the Mars division, which goes beyond conventional extraction and industry, and is deploying a terraforming program. We are entering the stage of forming the first operational shift. Data engineers, ML/AI engineers, quarry equipment operators, specialists in automation and autonomous systems are required.

The program is designed for 5 years and is deployed in three operational phases. Current status: Phase I — recruitment of key personnel and equipment adaptation.

Low Gravity Operator BELAZ/Excavator Operator

Operation of heavy mining equipment. Ensuring uninterrupted extraction at the first Martian quarry.

Martian Quarry Engineer Mining Engineer

Design and optimization of mining operations on the surface of Mars. Calculation of overburden, management of geomechanical risks.

Junior Data Management Specialist Data Management Specialist

Development and support of fault-tolerant data pipelines for collecting telemetry and operational analytics from Martian quarries. Automation of incoming information quality control and preparation of data arrays for AI navigation machine learning models.

Space Truck Pilot Heavy Equipment Driver

Transportation of resources between quarries and base stations. Readiness for extreme conditions is mandatory.

AI/ML Engineer AI Development Specialist

Training artificial intelligence for conditions it has never worked in before. Algorithms of the future.

Base Station Architect Chief Mechanic

Design and maintenance of base station infrastructure. Power supply, life support, transport hubs.
