An international travel-tech product, part of a large holding, is looking for a Head of Growth for the Turkish market.

Key Responsibilities: • Develop and implement a product growth strategy for the Turkish market. • Develop the digital B2C segment: customer acquisition, conversion, and retention. • Manage growth metrics and acquisition channels, work with P&L, LTV, and CAC. • Build growth initiatives in collaboration with marketing, product, and commerce teams.

We are looking for you if: • You have experience in business development or managing a growth-focused area in the Turkish market. • You have worked in travel-tech, digital travel, OTA, online tourism, or related B2C products. • You have experience working with P&L, LTV, CAC, and conversion rates. • You know how to identify growth opportunities and test hypotheses. • Experience in B2B development, partnerships, and international expansion will be a plus.
