🚀 Seeking: Affiliate Manager (Adult AI / NSFW Traffic)

We are a team of rapidly growing AI companion platforms. We are looking for someone who will take over the affiliate program and scale it globally.

🎯 Responsibilities: • Search and onboarding of new partners: affiliate networks, media buyers, O&O sites, Telegram channels, adult influencers • Management of existing partners — negotiations on RevShare / CPA / Hybrid deals • Traffic quality control together with the team (fraud, retention, LTV by sources) • Brand representation at industry events (TES, Bucharest Summit, AW)

✅ Requirements: • At least 1 year of experience in affiliate marketing in adult / dating / AI companion • Understanding of payment models (CPA, RevShare, Hybrid) and metrics (EPC, CR, LTV, ROAS) • Existing contact base in the industry is a big plus • English B2+ (all communication with partners is in English) • Independence, ability to manage multiple deals in parallel, meet deadlines without reminders
