Project Manager

We are developing our own HR-tech platform WorkHere — an ATS system for automating personnel selection and recruitment management. The product helps recruiters organize work with vacancies and candidates, as well as automate recruitment processes.

We are currently looking for an IT Project Manager to develop the system's cluster functionality. We need a specialist who will help the team develop the product and control the quality of task implementation.

It is important for us that the specialist not only monitors deadlines but also independently understands tasks, verifies functionality against technical specifications, identifies shortcomings, and ensures their correction.

Responsibilities:

• Verify tasks implemented by developers against technical specifications and expected user scenarios.
• Identify errors and deficiencies, formulate remarks, and control their correction.
• Interact with frontend, backend developers, and testers.
• Participate in task planning, prioritization, and backlog management.
• Oversee the resolution of technical issues received from the support service.
• Participate in product update preparation, perform acceptance testing.

What is important to us:

• Experience with IT projects and understanding of software development processes.
• Ability to work with technical specifications, verify functionality, and find shortcomings.
• Understanding of the principles of web applications, CRM, and user interfaces.
• Independence, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize.
• Ability to constructively interact with the development team.

An advantage will be experience with CRM, SaaS, or other complex B2B products.
