We are currently looking for a Marketer to take responsibility for the development of the retail direction. We value a person with experience, ready to work autonomously and influence the brand's image.
Key Tasks:
- Partnerships and collaborations: searching for like-minded brands, organizing joint projects and cross-promotions.
- Working with influencers: developing a network of ambassadors and working with bloggers (from negotiations to performance analysis).
- Trade marketing: developing promotions for salons and the online store - from idea and mechanics to implementation control.
- Events: organizing events and client days at our locations.
- Merch and visuals: creating branded products that support the Cosmico aesthetic.
Our Expectations:
- Marketing experience (Retail, Beauty, Premium) of 3+ years.
- Ability to work with numbers and metrics, justify decisions with data.
- High level of independence: you lead your projects from start to finish.
- Creativity supported by a systematic approach and proficiency in modern software (including AI).
