TASKS: • Development, approval, and implementation of advertising activities, event plans aimed at achieving sales KPIs, and ensuring their execution. • Managing website update tasks (content, design, conversions). • Managing email newsletters (company news, promotions). • Setting and controlling tasks for contractors, designers, web developers. • Ordering advertising materials, promotional products, POS materials. • Creating marketing research on the market, competitor analysis. • Preparing for participation in exhibitions. • Analyzing the effectiveness of marketing activities.

REQUIREMENTS: • Experience in interacting with contractors (website development, promotion) and controlling their work. • Experience in SEO website promotion. • Experience working with Yandex Direct. • Understanding of the main traffic sources, placement types, and the ability to clearly identify the target audience and segment it. • Ability to prioritize and work in a multitasking environment. • Creative mindset. • Understanding of the logistics and foreign economic activity (FEA) sphere will be an advantage. • Self-discipline, proficient written and spoken language skills. • Ability to work with AI tools

CONDITIONS: • Office-based work in Minsk. • Working hours from 09:00 to 18:00, standard working day, Saturday and Sunday are days off. • Salary is discussed individually. • Employment in accordance with the Labor Code of the Republic of Belarus.
