We are looking for a product designer who will be responsible for designing a seamless and transparent experience for issuing, managing, and everyday use of a debit card, making it the client's primary and most convenient tool for daily spending.
What you will be doing:
- Designing interfaces in Figma, considering platform and web guidelines and specific features.
- Transforming complex scenarios into simple and understandable interfaces, defending them, and controlling the outcome.
- Analyzing and optimizing existing interface solutions.
- Participating in UX research, formulating and testing hypotheses, and most importantly — applying the results in your work.
- Working not only with interfaces but also with client materials (documents, product guides/leaflets, and presentations).
- Collaborating with other designers, product managers, and developers.
- Being able to switch between different tasks and deliver projects on time.
- Communicating extensively with project colleagues and development teams.
What we expect:
- General experience of 1+ year + product experience, preferably in financial or digital services (banks, fintech, payments, investments, etc.).
- Independent project management from requirements gathering to implementation.
- Diligence, neatness in mockups, and attention to detail.
- Ability to look at a problem from different angles and propose diverse solutions.
- Ability to identify problems and justify accepted solutions, accept and process criticism.
- Experience in conducting research and testing: click tests, corridor tests, and qualitative tests.
- Ability to work with a design system.
- Experience in conducting design reviews after development.
- Good visual awareness and a desire to propose bold ideas.
