RedCore is looking for a Talent Sourcer for our team 🚀 We are looking for a person who is ready to grow with us and help find the best specialists for our projects.

What's important:

• 3+ years of experience as a Sourcer/Researcher;
• Experience with vacancies in non-technical fields;
• Understanding of candidate search principles and the recruiting process;
• Understanding of labor market trends;
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and a large team, as well as on multiple vacancies simultaneously;
• Attention to detail, communication skills, and time management;
• Results-oriented and a desire to learn;
• Proficiency in Ukrainian, English level B1+;

Will be a plus:

• Experience searching for candidates for traffic-related positions (Media Buyer, Affiliate Manager, PPC Specialist, SMM Manager, etc.);
