Senior BDM / BDM

Requirements: A strong BDM with potential to grow into a team lead, who is ready to develop within the company and build processes from scratch together with the team. English language not lower than B2 (mandatory). BDM experience of 1-3 years. Experience working directly for an advertiser or in affiliate / crypto buying is a big plus. Understanding of the CPA model and traffic types. Experience with analytics: registrations, deposits, retention, LTV, etc. Skills with fraud and anti-fraud systems. Confident command of Excel / Google Sheets. Desirable: Ahrefs and similar tools. Important: we are ready to immediately discuss the prospect of growth to Team Lead upon successful adaptation and results.
