Looking for a Fractional CFO (Fintech / Crypto)

Hi! We are an international fintech / crypto / payments team, building infrastructure at the intersection of virtual cards, crypto, and global payments (B2B + B2C).

We already have a strong operational finance team. We are looking for someone who will take ownership of the strategic financial layer and become a partner to the CEO.

🎯 Who we are looking for: — 5+ years as CFO / Head of Finance / FP&A — Experience in Fintech / Payments + Crypto — Experience building financial models from scratch — Forecasting (cash / revenue / burn) — Understanding of unit economics and revenue streams — Experience with multi-entity / multi-currency — Knowledge of US GAAP / audit / tax experience — Ownership and ability to make decisions in uncertainty

🚀 What needs to be done: — Conduct an audit of the current finance function — Build a financial model (end-to-end) — Launch forecasting (cash / revenue / burn) — Become the single point of truth for finance for the CEO — Set up management reporting — Establish financial control and decision-making — Assess the team and help develop the function — Build a separation of client and corporate funds

⚙️ Format: — Fractional / part-time (20–40%), ongoing — Potential growth to full-time
