We’re looking for a DevOps Team Lead to guide our Infrastructure team – both technically and as a people manager.
You’ll help keep our infrastructure reliable, scalable, and secure, build and improve CI/CD for web, desktop, and mobile products, and support the team as it grows and evolves.
What you'll get to do:
- Set priorities, plan work, and support the growth of the team
- Ensure infrastructure stability, availability, and security
- Build and standardize CI/CD pipelines for web, desktop, and mobile products
- Design and maintain infrastructure (Kubernetes, IaC, clouds/on-prem)
- Improve reliability, performance, and security of services
- Set up and evolve monitoring, logging, and alerting procedures
- Take part in architecture discussions and technical decision-making
- Analyze incidents, run RCAs, and convert lessons learned into improvements
- Advise development teams on day-to-day operations
- Help define and improve DevOps standards and processes across the company
Required skills:
- Strong hands-on experience with CI/CD (GitLab CI / Jenkins / werf)
- Experience working with Kubernetes, Docker, Helm
- Practical experience with Terraform, Ansible, or SaltStack
- Experience building monitoring and alerting systems (Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, Sentry, etc.)
- Good understanding of reliability, scalability, and security principles
- Experience working closely with developers and business stakeholders
Bonus points for:
