Position: Team Lead Golang/Java Format: Remote Employment: Full-time Salary range: from $5500 (final amount to be discussed individually based on technical interview results)

An international high-tech ecosystem is seeking a Team Lead to design services for millions of users and tackle complex engineering challenges alongside a strong development team, free from bureaucracy and with modern processes.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the development team.
• Write code and conduct code reviews.
• Participate in hiring and team development.
• Establish modern processes.
• Manage the backlog: distribute tasks and monitor their completion.
• Train and develop team members.

Requirements:

• Team Lead experience of at least 2 years.
• Development experience of at least 6 years.
• Experience organizing task management processes.
• Expert level in Golang or Java.
• Understanding of theory and practical application of design patterns.
• Systems thinking, ability to view the problem holistically and dive into details.
• Negotiation skills with business stakeholders.

Will be a plus:

• Banking experience.
• Experience in mobile development with Kotlin/Swift.
