Junior Partnerships Manager (AI Integrations)

AIMLAPI, Boiler Lab

Hi! We at Boiler Lab are looking for a junior to join the AIMLAPI partnerships team — a platform through which developers connect hundreds of AI models via a single API.

Experience is not required. What's important is B2+ English, interest in AI agents, and a willingness to understand how the product works internally. A technical background will be a plus.

What you will be doing: — finding AI agent projects (Cursor, Cline, CrewAI, and similar) and negotiating with their teams to integrate AIMLAPI — writing to maintainers on GitHub, Discord, Twitter, LinkedIn, and email, and following up until a response is received — submitting PRs and issues in partner repositories together with our developers — collecting feedback from partners and users and relaying it to the product team — managing the partnerships funnel in a spreadsheet: conversions, weekly summary, hypotheses for promoting new integrations

What is important to us: — B2+ English: all correspondence with partners will be in English — willingness to be the first to write to strangers and to be unfazed by rejections and silence — familiarity with spreadsheets: funnel, conversion, numbers once a week — readiness to learn on the go and take on tasks without step-by-step instructions

Will be a plus: — technical background or understanding of LLM API: endpoints, models, keys, limits — GitHub account and understanding of what an issue, PR, and maintainer are — experience with AI agents as a user — internships, pet projects, community experience, or developer support experience — everything counts
