ML Engineer / Data Scientist (AI Project) position is open.

Proficient in Python. Deployment: ML/LLM solutions, Docker, Kubernetes, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure). Prompt Engineering: few-shot, chain-of-thought, ReAct. Fine-tuning / PEFT: LoRA, QLoRA, adapters. RAG: full pipeline (chunking → embedding → retrieval → generation) Vector DBs: Qdrant / Pinecone / Milvus / FAISS. RLHF or synthetic data: preferences / generation and filtering. Frameworks: LangChain / LlamaIndex / Hugging Face. LLM evaluation: BLEU, ROUGE, MMLU, custom evals. Inference optimization: vLLM / TensorRT / ONNX. Experience with multimodal models (LLaVA, GPT-4V, Qwen-VL).

Grade Middle/ Middle+ Full-time, remote work format.
