Seeking a Head of Product Development (Delivery Lead) for my team
We are continuing to strengthen our team and are currently looking for a leader who will take ownership of product development processes and make our delivery predictable, transparent, and well-managed.
This is a role for a mature leader who knows how to bring order to complexity, build working processes, and lead experienced people.
Key Tasks:
- Building and developing product development processes — from idea to delivery
- Delivery function: release planning, managing timelines, risks, and dependencies
- Leading a team of 10–20 middle managers (product and project managers): recruitment, development, performance evaluation
- Transparent interaction with stakeholders and alignment of priorities
- Development of methodologies (Agile/Scrum/Kanban) and product metrics
What's Important:
- Experience in managing product development processes and delivery in product teams
- Experience leading leaders, not just individual contributors
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Experience in FinTech will be an advantage
