A health and wellness company with network distribution operates in the markets of Japan, Germany, Canada, USA, and 15+ other countries. They are looking for a leader who will manage both brand and commerce.
What's important: • 12–15+ years in marketing + commercial leadership. • International experience. Multiple markets. • Strong preference: experience at the intersection of brand and commerce (not pure brand, not pure sales). • Ideal background mix: premium consumer brand (beauty, wellness, FMCG) + DTC/subscription/retention OR direct selling/network with modern marketing intuition. • Track record: demand generation + measurable retention growth. Comfort with martech/AI. • Education: Marketing/business education; MBA is a plus.
