Employer:** We are launching a new industry bank for businesses.

Instead of universal banking for everyone, we are building a financial ecosystem around specific industries and their real business processes. The focus is on marketplace sellers, taxi companies, logistics, HoReCa, courier delivery, and other growing segments.

Our idea is to make the bank not a separate service, but a part of the business's daily operations: to integrate banking products, financing, and necessary services for entrepreneurs into a single interface.

We are currently preparing for market entry and are looking for a PR Lead for a project to help make the launch noticeable and build a strong information field around the new bank.

What needs to be done: • Launch a 360° PR campaign: work with the team to develop the Vertical Bank's market entry strategy, key messages, news hooks, and media plan. • Ensure presence in Tier-1 media: pitch topics, negotiate publications, interviews, comments, and other formats in leading business, financial, and technology media. • Work with social media and bloggers: Telegram channels, opinion leaders, authors, and specialized communities — find the right platforms and formats for the launch. • Develop speaker PR: package founders and project experts, find opportunities for interviews, articles, comments, podcasts, and other formats. • Support industry conferences and events: select relevant venues, initiate team participation and speaking engagements, work with organizers and news hooks around events. • Manage the PR campaign end-to-end: from idea and pitching to material publication and results evaluation.

Candidate Requirements: • Experience launching 360° PR campaigns for startups and new products. • Relevant experience in B2B, IT, or fintech is especially valuable. • A mandatory requirement is current contacts in Tier-1 media and proven experience in pitching and publications. • Good understanding of the Russian business, financial, and technology media market. • Ability to independently build a PR launch from scratch, not just implement a ready-made plan. • Experience working with founders and top company executives will be a plus.
