Responsibilities:
- participate in organizational development projects and other HR team initiatives
- prepare analytical materials, models, and reports, formulate conclusions and recommendations for the HR department
- participate in building headcount management models and HR reporting using MS Excel and Python
- develop and maintain dashboards in BI systems
- participate in the development of analytical solutions and machine learning models for HR tasks
- prepare presentation materials and present analysis results
- analyze HR data and participate in data-driven process improvements
Requirements:
- experience with Python (pandas, numpy, data visualization)
- knowledge of PostgreSQL and ability to write SQL queries
- familiarity with BI tools (Power BI / Tableau / equivalents)
- proficient in MS Excel (including Power Query)
- ability to analyze data and present it clearly
- possess systemic and analytical thinking skills
