Responsibilities
- Assisting in the collection and documentation of business requirements
- Building simple user scenarios (CJM, User Stories)
- Preparing documentation: writing comments for tasks, creating pages in Confluence, compiling test checklists
- Updating existing documentation and knowledge base
- Communicating with developers and testers to clarify task details
- Hypothesis testing: collecting, processing, and analyzing data to justify analytical conclusions (Python, Pandas, Sql, Excel)
- Studying and prototyping AI solutions: creating simple agents in Langflow, writing Python scripts for interaction with LLM.
Requirements
- Including a senior student or graduate of technical specialties with a desire to delve into business processes, or economic specialties with a desire to learn AI agent development tools
- Understanding of basic software and database principles
- Knowledge of Python basics
- Basic SQL knowledge (ability to export data based on given conditions)
- Solving tasks using LLM (ChatGPT, DeepSeek): analysis tasks or writing simple scripts
- Desire to understand AI technologies: understanding what prompts, context, and agents are (experience with Langflow will be a big plus)
- Effective communication skills, ability to clearly express thoughts orally and in writing.
Will be a plus:
- Experience with Jira/Confluence
- Basic data visualization skills
- Understanding of business process modeling notations.
