The Small Business Development Department is looking for a business analyst.
Your responsibilities will include:
- searching and analyzing data from various sources, developing mathematical models
- working in Excel as an advanced user: basic, logical and text functions, VLOOKUP/INDEX+MATCH, pivot tables
- visualizing and interpreting analysis results (PowerPoint presentations)
- preparing regular reports on partner channel performance
- daily interaction with related departments on transaction accounting and territorial small business managers' activities accounting
- testing hypotheses based on data, participating in the development of the reporting system
- conducting analytical research
- collecting and analyzing product requirements, preparing technical specifications for the development and improvement of the partner channel operating model
- developing architectural and analytical artifacts based on business requirements
- participating in discussions and improvements of the product and the small business operating model.
We expect from you:
- higher technical or economic education
- experience in analyzing large volumes of data, building models, and forecasting
- knowledge of mathematical statistics and statistical analysis methods
- experience in process automation/optimization
- proficiency in Python, understanding of basic algorithms and mathematics
- experience in preparing technical specifications for developers, working with Confluence
- knowledge of data exchange formats: XML
- skills in working with generative AI: experience in creating and using AI agents, using GigaChat, Kandinsky, and similar tools, instrumental use of AI for analysis, generation, and automation.
