Artificial Seed is looking for an Office System Administrator who will be responsible for the smooth operation of our office in Bilbao.

✅ Responsibilities: • Laptop setup; • Support and configuration of the office network infrastructure; • Support of the mini-server room on the office premises; • Equipment inventory, procurement, and issuance to employees; • Prompt replacement of faulty equipment; • Technical equipping and maintenance of meeting rooms.

OS to support: Mac, Linux.

⚠️ We expect from you: • Experience in equipment selection and ordering; • Basic macOS/Linux skills; • Basic office network administration skills; • Communication skills, friendliness; • Independence; • Skills in maintaining inventory records; • Experience in building Wi-Fi networks.

➕ Will be a plus: • Linux administration experience; • Experience using Zabbix/Nagios or other monitoring systems; • Equipment repair experience; • Experience working with docking stations in the context of Linux (DisplayLink).
