**Finance Operations Manager - Job Description Role Overview **As we actively scale, we are building a strong leadership team. The Finance Operations Manager will play a key role in defining and owning the company’s financial strategy. You will work closely with management to connect financial, operational, and business outcomes while building core financial processes from the ground up. **Key Responsibilities **Develop and own the company’s financial strategy. Manage financial flows with partners, providers, and clients. Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and reporting. Build and monitor unit economics (CAC, LTV, ROI, profitability). Optimize cost structure and ensure financial stability. Ensure compliance with tax, legal, and internal procedures. Maintain financial reporting (P&L; Cash Flow, Balance Sheet). Manage risks related to liquidity and payment systems. Build financial models and business scenarios. Work with auditors, banks, PSPs, and regulators. Implement financial KPIs and monitoring systems. Support strategic decisions through financial analysis. **Requirements **4+ years in finance leadership roles in fintech, Forex/CFD, or iGaming. Knowledge of IFRS/GAAP. Experience building financial processes in fast-growing companies. Strong FP&A; and financial modeling experience. Knowledge of ERP systems and financial tech stack. Experience with payment systems, PSPs, and banking. Experience in international/multi-jurisdiction structures. Strong cash flow management skills. Analytical mindset and attention to detail. English B2+. **Nice to Have **Experience in brokerage or high-growth fintech projects. Exposure to international market launches. Understanding of brokerage compliance and regulations.
