We are looking for someone who wants to participate in launching a product for the US audience and help us find the first working growth channels for Holisto.

Holisto is an application that helps people who constantly start and abandon self-development, to finally do it every day.

Instead of long courses, we give one small step a day - and help you take it. AI and the Holi mascot guide the user, adapt the experience, and help you stay on track. As a result, a person doesn't just learn - they start acting and keep it within the system.

Currently, we are testing V3. Next is V4 and preparation for the public V5 and an investment round in the US.

At this stage, it's not important for us to get as many registrations as possible. We need to bring in small waves of relevant users, see who actually uses the product and returns, and gradually find channels that work.

Therefore, we are not looking for an SMM manager who will simply manage social media.

We need a person who is interested in independently searching where our audience is and how to systematically bring them into the product.

What the job will involve:

• search and test organic acquisition channels
• attract beta users through Reddit, communities, LinkedIn, X / Threads, and other channels
• test different messages and approaches to reaching the audience
• develop a community around the first Holisto users
• launch small growth experiments and monitor the results
• compare the quality of users from different sources
• help gather the next beta waves
• together with the team, find 1-2 channels that can be scaled further

There will be enough freedom here. If you find a channel or mechanism that we haven't thought of ourselves - great.

Who we are looking for:

• have real experience in growth / organic acquisition / community
• can not only offer ideas but also test them independently
• understand how to find and attract an audience from scratch
• can work with numbers and draw conclusions from experiments
• good written English, we work for a US / global audience
• are comfortable with the early stage where much needs to be tested for the first time
• actively use AI in your work

Experience with Reddit, communities, consumer apps, beta acquisition, early-stage startups, or the US audience will be a plus.

It's not necessary to be an expert in all channels. It's much more important that you have at least one in which you can really achieve results.

Format:

• part-time, can be combined with main work
• format and motivation are discussed separately depending on experience, level of involvement, and area of responsibility
• possible acquisition of a stake in a registered Delaware company
• the stronger the specialist and the more real ownership / results, the more interesting conditions we can offer as Holisto grows
• after revenue / investment round appears, a transition to a paid format with a fixed part and bonuses is possible
• if we work well together, the role can grow significantly along with the product
