Online programming school for children Aitigenio is looking for a Chief Product Officer.
Aitigenio is more than just an online school. They are creating a new educational system for children, centered around the child's interests and choices. Which areas to focus on, which modules to complete, which teacher to work with, which meta-subject skills to emphasize – by answering these questions, each family at Aitigenio creates their own individual educational path.
The team is now looking for a Chief Product Officer who will help identify the company's next growth points, shape the product strategy, and elevate the product to a new level. The product is already functional, loved by clients, and includes over 90 areas of study. They need someone who can bring a fresh perspective, identify growth opportunities, and help increase the product's value for students and the business.
Responsibilities:
- Formulate and implement the company's product strategy
- Audit the product portfolio and define development priorities
- Identify growth points for LTV and student engagement
- Develop the product ecosystem to encourage students to engage in multiple areas within the school
- Analyze the customer journey and improve the user experience
- Work with product analytics and make data-driven decisions
- Research the market, competitors, and customer needs
- Evaluate opportunities for integrating AI into the product and internal processes
- Collaborate with product managers, methodologists, LXD specialists, analysts, marketing, sales, training departments, and other teams
- Advocate for product initiatives and ensure their implementation
What's important:
- Experience as CPO / Head of Product in EdTech
- Experience with children's educational products
- Experience managing multiple products or a product portfolio
- Experience in formulating and implementing product strategy
- Understanding of product analytics and product economics
- Successful experience in growing product and business metrics
- Ability to influence teams without direct management
- Love for education and interest in child development

- Initial product improvements with measurable results have been implemented
- A plan for integrating AI into product processes has been prepared
