Online programming school for children AitiGenio is looking for a Commercial Director.
AitiGenio is more than just an online school. They are creating a new educational system for children, focused on the child's interest and their choices. What subjects to study, which modules to take, with which teacher, and which interdisciplinary skills to focus on – by answering these questions, each family at AitiGenio creates its own individual educational path.
Currently, they are restructuring the company's commercial system and looking for a person who can unite marketing and sales into a single growth system. They are seeking not just a strong marketing director or sales manager, but someone who will take responsibility for the entire commercial funnel – from customer acquisition to payment, channel economics, and revenue growth.
What you will do:
Build a unified commercial system:
- Currently, marketing and sales operate in separate areas, but a person is needed who can combine them into a single system.
- Your task is to ensure that all commercial decisions are made based on business economics, rather than individual functions.
- You will be responsible for the entire customer journey: segment → offer → channel → creative → lead → sale → payment → economics.
Main responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the company's commercial strategy.
- Manage marketing and sales as a unified system.
- Be responsible for revenue growth and the efficiency of the entire commercial funnel.
- Manage the acquisition budget and reallocate investments between channels.
- Develop performance marketing, CRM, partner channels, referral programs, and organic growth.
- Collaborate with the Head of Sales to improve conversion rates, lead qualification quality, scripts, and sales processes.
- Collaborate with the CPO to develop product offers, packaging, and commercial proposals.
- Collaborate with the CFO to make decisions on unit economics, profitability, high-value deals, installment plans, and financial models.
- Build a transparent commercial analytics system for regular data-driven decision-making.
- Synchronize marketing, sales, product, and finance.
Tasks to be addressed in the near future:
The team expects the Commercial Director to help make and implement decisions on issues such as:
- Improving the quality of incoming traffic.
- Increasing conversion to payment.
- Improving attendance at trial lessons.
- Implementing lead scoring.
- Developing self-registration processes.
- Identifying the most profitable business models and geographies.
- Testing new commercial hypotheses.
- Determining the optimal product policy in conjunction with the CPO.
- Developing analytics for the entire funnel.
- Preparing a robust commercial system for seasonal peaks.
What will be in your area of responsibility:

Requirements:
- Have previously been responsible for the commercial results of a business, not just marketing or sales.
- Have managed both marketing and sales simultaneously or worked at the intersection of these functions.
- Have a good understanding of performance marketing, but can manage through a strong team.
- Understand unit economics, CAC, LTV, ROMI, and profitability.
- Able to analyze sales, reasons for rejection, and conversion rates.
- Able to make decisions based on numbers, not intuition.
- Capable of uniting strong leaders around a common goal.
- Able to build processes and synchronization between departments.
- Comfortable working in conditions of change and high speed.

- Experience in EdTech.
- Experience in subscription or service-based businesses.
- Experience scaling international projects.
- Experience restructuring the commercial function during company growth.
