Online children's programming school ItiGeniu is looking for a Commercial Director to unite marketing and sales into a single growth system.
The company is seeking a person who will take responsibility for the entire commercial funnel — from customer acquisition to payment, channel economics, and revenue growth.
What you will do:
Build a unified commercial system:
- Currently, marketing and sales operate in their own silos, but we need someone who can connect them into a single system.
- Your task is to ensure that all commercial decisions are made based on business economics, not just individual functions.
- You will be responsible for the entire customer journey: segment → offer → channel → creative → lead → sale → payment → economics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the company's commercial strategy.
- Manage marketing and sales as a unified system.
- Be responsible for revenue growth and the efficiency of the entire commercial funnel.
- Manage the acquisition budget and reallocate investments across channels.
- Develop performance marketing, CRM, partnership channels, referral programs, and organic growth.
- Collaborate with the Head of Sales to improve conversion rates, lead processing quality, scripts, and sales processes.
- Partner with the CPO to develop product offers, packaging, and commercial proposals.
- Work with the CFO to make decisions on unit economics, profitability, high-ticket sales, installment plans, and financial models.
- Build a transparent system of commercial analytics and regular data-driven decision-making.
- Synchronize marketing, sales, product, and finance.
Tasks to be addressed in the near future:
We expect the Commercial Director to help make and implement decisions on issues such as:
- Improving the quality of incoming traffic.
- Increasing conversion to payment.
- Improving attendance at trial lessons.
- Implementing lead scoring.
- Developing self-registration processes.
- Identifying the most profitable business models and geographies.
- Testing new commercial hypotheses.
- Determining optimal product policy in collaboration with the CPO.
- Developing an analytics system across the entire funnel.
- Preparing a robust commercial system for seasonal peaks.
Your responsibilities will include:

Candidate Expectations:
- Have previously been responsible for the overall commercial results of a business, not just marketing or sales.
- Have managed both marketing and sales simultaneously, or worked at the intersection of these functions.
- Have a strong understanding of performance marketing, while being able to manage through a strong team.
- Understand unit economics, CAC, LTV, ROMI, profitability.
- Be able to analyze sales, reasons for rejection, and conversions.
- Be able to make decisions based on data, not intuition.
- Be capable of uniting strong leaders around a common goal.
- Be skilled at building processes and synchronization between departments.
- Be comfortable working in an environment of change and high speed.
