Senior Golang Engineer

We are developing a residential/mobile, ISP, and DC proxy platform. We are looking for a Go developer to join our small technical team to work on the core: connection handling, routing, performance, and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Develop the proxy core, manage connections and session lifecycle.
• Optimize latency, throughput, and memory consumption, eliminate deadlocks and GC pauses.
• Develop monitoring, analyze production issues, and participate in architectural decisions.

Must-haves

• Practical experience in developing network services or proxies. It is important to write code that handles connections and traffic independently. Experience with VPN configuration or network administration alone is not sufficient.
• 4+ years in backend development, with 2+ years of production experience with Go.
• Understanding of TCP/IP, UDP, connection states, and keepalive.
• Confident work with concurrency in Go: goroutines, channels, sync/atomic, locks, waitgroups.
• Experience with pprof profiling, diagnosing network issues in Linux, working with Prometheus, PostgreSQL, and Redis.
• Independence in finding the root causes of problems and bringing solutions to production.

Our Approach

Agentic coding: AI agents write code, the engineer sets tasks, defines architecture and context, manages agent work, and verifies and tests the results. Readiness to work in this format is mandatory. Responsibility for quality, performance, and reliability remains with the engineer.

• Experience with high-load proxy/VPN products, HTTP/2, QUIC, TLS, multiplexing.
