We are a department of RTK IT, which develops and implements corporate portals and web systems for Russian government bodies on the low-code platform Akola and using custom development.
The projects involve working with real industrial solutions: from requirements analysis and integrations to commissioning.
These are long-term projects with a clear architecture, stable load, and the ability to replicate solutions across other departments/companies/organizations.
The team also develops and implements corporate portals and web systems on a low-code platform for government bodies of the Russian Federation.
The work covers the full cycle: requirements analysis, solution design, integrations, testing, and commissioning.
Project Goal – to build a scalable and repeatable pipeline for developing digital solutions for the public sector.
What will be the focus:
- Creation of mockups and interactive prototypes based on ready-made specifications;
- Work with Figma/Pixso;
- Skill in preparing materials for development: specifications, assets, description of states and adaptability;
- Work with feedback and iterations: readiness to make quick edits without losing consistency;
- Attention to detail: typography, grids, spacing, consistent component style;
- Communication with the team (BA/QA/dev) to clarify interface requirements;
- Communication with the client: conducting research, coordinating mockups and interaction logic.
Responsibilities:
- Preparation of mockups/prototypes based on specifications (screens, states, adaptives);
- Preparation of UI assets, components, specifications for development;
- Support for iterations based on feedback (from the team/client), updating mockups;
- Participation in UI acceptance and clarification of interface requirements;
- UX research experience.
Experience:
- UI/UX design from 1.5 years.
