Business Analyst Lead

**Requirements: ** • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst • Experience in collecting and coordinating business and functional requirements • Experience in online banking for legal entities • Experience with Foreign Economic Activity (ВЭД), Chart of Accounts, currency control • Knowledge of business process modeling basics • Skills in decomposing complex tasks, ability to clearly, structuredly, and consistently formulate technical requirements • Experience in preparing technical documentation for the development team: functional design, functional requirements, specifications for integration interaction. • Experience in designing integration interaction with multiple systems from scratch • Knowledge and understanding of different system integration methods (REST, SOAP web services, queues, message brokers, bus) • Understanding and experience with service-oriented and microservices architecture • Experience with Postman or similar tools (sending http requests) • Understanding of data formats JSON, XML, YAML • Experience with relational databases, SQL query writing skills • Experience using UML Sequence Diagrams • Experience with fintech projects • Experience designing microservices architecture from scratch or splitting monolithic solutions is desirable • Knowledge and understanding of DDD (domain-driven design) principles will be an advantage
