Position:

• Lead System Analyst
• Senior

Required:

• System analyst experience of 5+ years.
• Experience with financial products (banks, exchanges, depositories, payment systems).
• Understanding of fintech product specifics.
• Knowledge of financial information exchange formats (e.g., ISO 20022).
• Basic knowledge of microservices application architecture and integration patterns.
• Skills in gathering and formalizing requirements (User Story, Use Cases, BPMN, UML).
• Understanding of REST API, JSON/XML principles, and integration interactions.
• SQL knowledge at the level of writing medium-complexity queries.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, MS Visio/Miro.
• Ability to express thoughts clearly and structurally in writing and orally.
• High degree of independence and responsibility for results.
• Good communication skills, readiness to work in an Agile team.

Tasks:

• Gathering, analysis, and clarification of business requirements from the client and product owners.
• Development and description of functional and non-functional requirements.
• Support and updating of project documentation.
• Designing the architecture and functionality of services in accordance with requirements.
• Creating technical specifications for development.
• Interaction with the development team:
• Assigning tasks to developers and monitoring their completion.
• Participation in discussions of architectural solutions and technical issues.
• Ensuring services comply with requirements and quality standards.
• User training and support:
• Training users and preparing training materials.
• User support and resolving emerging issues.
