We are looking for a Team Lead of Development / Lead Fullstack Developer for a product team (school Edtech) Format: remote Employment: full-time Contract: according to the Labor Code of the Russian Federation Compensation: to be discussed based on interview results What's important: we need not just a manager, but a hands-on Team Lead who can lead the team, make architectural decisions, and dive into the code themselves if necessary. Tech Stack: Node.js, TypeScript, React.js, GraphQL, tRPC, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Docker, Kubernetes, GitHub, Linear, Slack, Cursor. Responsibilities: — Leading the development team; — Building processes: code review, planning, retrospectives; — Designing architecture and key technical solutions; — Code quality and technical debt control; — Developing new services and modules; — Integrations, scaling, performance optimization; — Working with databases: complex queries, indexes, optimization; — Participation in CI/CD, monitoring, and incident response; — Collaboration with the product team. We expect: — 8+ years of commercial experience with Node.js; — Proficient TypeScript; — React experience; — Development team management experience of 3+ years; — Excellent understanding of SQL and NoSQL; — Experience with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, large databases; — Proficient Docker; — Understanding of Kubernetes, stateless architecture, and cluster deployment; — Experience in building development processes and working with product teams; — Higher technical education.
