Vacancy: Team Lead of Development Department (Node.js + React)

Tasks: • Leading a team of developers • Building development processes (code review, planning, retrospectives) • Designing architecture, key technical solutions, controlling code quality and technical debt • Developing new services and modules, integrations, scaling, and performance optimization • Working with DB: complex queries, indexes, optimization • Supporting CI/CD, monitoring, leading incident analysis • Interacting with the product team

Our Stack and Environment: • Node.js, TypeScript, React.js, GraphQL, tRPC, PostgreSQL + MongoDB, Docker + Kubernetes, Slack, Linear, GitHub, Cursor

Experience Requirements: • Commercial Node.js experience from 8 years, confident TypeScript, React experience • Excellent understanding of SQL and NoSQL, experience with large databases • Confident Docker skills, Kubernetes — understanding of stateless architecture and deployment to a cluster • Development team leadership experience from 3 years • Experience in building processes and working with product teams using Agile/Scrum • Higher technical education
