CFO / Chief Financial Officer

Seeking a CFO / Chief Financial Officer for an international company.

📍 Location: Limassol, Cyprus 🏢 Format: office / hybrid ⏱ Employment: full-time

Key responsibilities:

• Building and scaling the company's financial function • Managing the finance team • Establishing the budgeting process and controlling budget execution • Financial planning, cash flow, and management reporting • Consolidating financial statements across multiple jurisdictions • Managing multi-currency operations • Liaising with banks, auditors, lawyers, and payment systems • Overseeing tax, compliance, and corporate matters • Participating in strategic business decision-making

Required qualifications:

• Experience in iGaming, betting, or related high-risk verticals • Proven experience in building a financial function from scratch or scaling it: structure, processes, and team • Experience with multi-currency operations and consolidation of financial statements across jurisdictions EU / UK / HK / CY / US • Experience managing a team of 5 - 10 people: finance professionals, accountants, controllers • Experience in establishing and controlling the budgeting process in a company with 100 - 300+ employees • Experience in the position of CFO, Finance Director, or Head of Finance • Proficient written and spoken English • Willingness to relocate to Cyprus
