Sales Development Representative – Account Executive
HES FinTech develops advanced lending software solutions for banks, financial institutions, and fintech companies worldwide. Our platform helps organizations automate lending processes, improve risk management, and scale digital lending operations.
We’re looking for a motivated specialist who will start by handling inbound leads and gradually grow into a client-facing sales role, working closely with senior sales managers.
What you’ll do
Early stage (SDR focus):
- Handle inbound inquiries and first-touch communication from potential clients
- Qualify leads: assess fit, gather relevant company and contact information
- Communicate with leads at early stages (written communication and intro calls)
- Build an initial understanding of client needs and use cases
- Prepare and hand off qualified opportunities to senior sales managers
- Support pipeline activities: follow-ups, clarifications, CRM updates
Growth stage (towards AE responsibilities):
- Conduct discovery calls to better understand client needs
- Participate in client meetings and product demos
- Assist in preparing presentations and commercial proposals
- Support senior sales managers in moving deals forward
- Gradually take more ownership of communication with prospects in mid-funnel stages
What we expect
- Strong English, both written and spoken, Native-level Russian,
- 1+ year of experience in sales / lead generation / customer-facing roles
- Confidence in communicating with clients (calls, emails, meetings)
- Ability to understand client needs and ask the right questions
- Structured thinking and attention to detail
- Proactive, curious, and growth-oriented mindset
- Good self-organization and ability to manage multiple tasks
Nice to have
- Experience in B2B IT sales or IT marketing
- Understanding of sales funnels and qualification processes
- Experience with CRM systems
- Knowledge of banking or financial services
- Candidates with these qualifications will have a clear advantage in the selection process.
About the role
- You will start with a strong focus on lead qualification and early-stage communication
- Over time, you will grow into a more client-facing role, supporting active deals
- You will work closely with multiple senior sales managers
- You are not expected to close deals independently from day one
- This role is designed as a clear path to Account Executive / Business Development
