We are currently looking for a Sales Manager ready to join our team and develop the sales direction at an international level.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop sales in international markets: full cycle – from first contact to closing the deal.
- Active search for and attraction of new clients (cold sales, networking, participation in exhibitions and conferences).
- Represent the company at international events and meetings.
- Deeply immerse yourself in the client's business, identify needs, and propose customized solutions.
- Manage and develop your own client portfolio: build long-term relationships with attracted clients.
- Keep the client database in CRM updated, manage the sales pipeline.
- Increase sales volume through upsells and cross-sells within your portfolio.
- Build and develop long-term partnerships.
The ideal candidate has:
- Successful B2B sales experience of 2+ years in the Enterprise / large corporate business segment (experience in high-risk, Fintech, or banking sector – an advantage).
- Readiness for active sales and long deal cycles.
- Ability to deeply immerse in the client's business, propose non-standard solutions, and confidently handle objections.
- Experience in managing a client portfolio and building long-term partnership relations.
- Flexibility, proactivity, and results orientation.
- Confident negotiation skills at the C-Level: discussing commercial terms and developing solutions with key decision-makers of large companies.
- Readiness for business trips (markets in Europe, Asia, and the MENA region).
- Ability to work with analytical data and make decisions based on numbers.
- Experience in preparing and conducting presentations and business reviews for decision-makers of large corporate clients.
