Tech & Engineering - Minsk
Dzengi is a resident of the High-Tech Park, a regulated digital asset exchange. We are looking for a Senior/Lead Java Developer who will play a key role in the creation and development of the trading exchange system. You will be involved in working on architecture and technical design, developing core platform components, and will have the opportunity to propose and implement your own improvements.
We expect:
- over 5 years of experience in software development, primarily in Java 17
- experience in design and development within a Service-Oriented Architecture (CAP, PACELC)
- creation of REST services with an API-First approach (OpenAPI)
- skills in Continuous Integration (unit and integration testing, GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins)
- experience in setting up and maintaining Continuous Delivery
- experience with Kubernetes for container orchestration
- setup of observability and monitoring systems (ELK, Grafana)
- experience with PostgreSQL and Kafka
- interest and passion for innovation, desire to develop in the fintech sphere
Will be a plus:
- experience in scaling websockets and designing high-load distributed systems
- contract testing, TDD, and modern approaches to software quality
- deep knowledge of databases and storage tools: S3, Redis/Memcached, Elasticsearch, ClickHouse
- experience with various message brokers (Amazon SQS, RabbitMQ) in addition to Kafka
- participation in modeling and implementing financial accounting systems (double-entry bookkeeping)
- setup and administration of blockchain nodes (BTC, ETH, etc.)
- setup and integration of access control systems (Keycloak)
- practical skills in memory management and profiling of Java applications
