**Support / Operations Agent **
Location: Remote Format: Full-time
Responsibilities: • Process incoming and outgoing requests; • Work with internal services and CRM system; • Monitor operations in accordance with internal regulations; • Maintain reporting and adhere to established work standards;
Requirements: • Attention to detail and responsibility; • Ability to work with a large volume of information; • Experience with CRM and internal services will be an advantage; • Experience in iGaming / FinTech will be a plus;
