AI/ML Delivery Manager

🚀 Looking for an AI/ML Delivery Manager (FinTech) to join my team.

Responsibilities will include ensuring the speed and results of ML solution delivery into production, followed by integration into the business processes of end customers.

Functional Responsibilities

1. Requirement gathering and agreement on acceptance criteria for models and services
2. Planning and managing delivery timelines
3. Organizing and overseeing the data extraction process for model training
4. Overseeing the model building process: • Supporting clear and complete task definition (decomposition, DoD, artifact extraction) • Status collection, ensuring rhythmic progress, assistance in resolving blockers • Acceptance of received results (offline metrics)
5. Demonstrating and handing over received results to end customers
6. Organizing and accepting the deployment of models into production
7. Agreement and oversight of the solution integration process into customer pipelines
8. Business impact assessment in collaboration with Product Managers on the customer side
9. Organizing and controlling incident management (SLA, reviews, postmortems)
10. Maintaining project documentation

Target Profile

• Experience in the role of Delivery / Program / Technical Project / Product Manager or DS Team Lead in AI/ML projects • Experience working with a team of Data Scientists / ML Engineers • Experience launching agent-based solutions / products based on ML models • Understanding of machine learning specifics, ML metrics, model lifecycle
