Salary range: up to 800,000 tenge (net)
Responsibilities:
- Analyze client business requirements and develop functional requirements for IT solutions.
- Prepare project documentation, including business requirements, user stories, BPMN diagrams, UML models, and functional specifications.
- Participate in digital transformation, IT strategy, corporate architecture, and IT process optimization projects.
- Interact with clients, developers, and other stakeholders to coordinate requirements and project solutions.
- Conduct market research and technological solutions research, prepare analytical materials and presentations for clients.
Requirements:
- Over 3 years of experience as a System Analyst, Business Analyst, or in a similar role.
- Practical experience in gathering, analyzing, formalizing, and managing requirements.
- Knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Agile, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Experience with APIs, system integrations, and business process modeling.
- Confident SQL skills and understanding of database principles.
- Experience using JIRA, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
- Confident English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or higher (spoken and written).
- TOGAF, ITIL, or Lean Six Sigma certifications will be an advantage.
