We are building end-to-end ecosystem analytics around a unified user ID and user value events. Our goal is to establish a correct data architecture for e-commerce and fintech directions and lay the foundation for calculating end-to-end LTV and personalization in communications and product. We are looking for a senior-level specialist who can take a systematic view of the current data landscape, bring it to a unified logic, and become a driver of the ecosystem data model.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop an end-to-end data model around a unified user ID.
- Integrate data from various systems and domains (e-commerce, fintech, service directions, external sources).
- Build correct ETL/ELT processes and approaches to Data Quality.
- Formulate a unified event layer (value events) and methodology for LTV calculation.
- Conduct exploratory analytics and handle ad-hoc tasks for user base analysis.
- Design and interpret A/B tests.
- Lay the foundation for ML models (LTV forecasting and personalization).
- Interact with the CDO and business units, helping to form unified data management standards.
What is important to us:
- Senior / Senior+ level in data analytics, data science, or analytics engineering.
- Experience in e-commerce, fintech, or ecosystem products (ideally at the intersection).
- Experience integrating data from multiple systems and building end-to-end analytics.
- Experience designing data models and storage architecture.
- Advanced SQL, Python for analysis and data work.
Will be a plus:
- Practical experience in designing and conducting A/B tests.
- Experience working with ML models for user behavior prediction.
