Operations Analytics Team Lead

We are looking for an Operations Analytics Team Lead to help develop one of the key business areas — warehouse efficiency and HR Ops. The role is at the intersection of analytics, logistics, and operational management: you will need to manage a team of analysts, strengthen the data-driven approach within operations, and help the business make decisions that impact warehouse productivity, operational costs, and customer service quality. This is not classic product analytics — it involves fewer A/B tests and more work with real operational processes: from diagnosing problems to implementing changes and evaluating their business impact, including the application of quasi-experimental methods (DiD, Causal Impact, etc.).
What you will be doing:
- Be responsible for the operational efficiency of warehouses and fulfillment
- Develop analytics processes within the warehouse loop: receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and order delivery
- Identify opportunities for productivity growth and cost optimization
- Develop HR Ops analytics: hiring, retention, training, staff efficiency
- Participate in the development of internal employee products (e.g., Employee Personal Account)
- Analyze the causes of losses, defects, and deviations in the supply chain
- Work closely with operational stakeholders and the business
What is important to us:
- Experience managing an analytics team for at least 2 years
- Strong experience in operations analytics / efficiency / logistics / supply chain / fulfillment
- Ability to make decisions and drive changes in a complex environment
- Experience with performance and efficiency metrics
- Experience in HR Ops analytics will be a big plus
